Installation guide

Download → Open → Connect audio

  1. Download the installer

    Download the DMG for Mac or the EXE installer for Windows.

    Show steps

    On Mac, open the DMG and drag CasterDesk into Applications. On Windows, run the EXE and follow the prompts.

  2. Open the app

    The Mac installer is Developer ID signed and notarized by Apple. Install the file from the official download.

    Why security warnings appear

    The Mac installer is Developer ID signed and notarized by Apple. Drag CasterDesk from the DMG into Applications, then open it there.

    If a security warning prevents opening, download a fresh copy from the official site. If it continues, send the warning text, app version and macOS version to support@junleebuild.com.

    Windows SmartScreen

    If Windows SmartScreen appears, check the installer name and publisher first.

    Limited reputation data can trigger a warning, which alone cannot tell you whether a file is safe. Check its name and publisher, and only run files from CasterDesk’s official download.

  3. Connect your microphone and account

    Finish setup and sign-in in the app.

    Show steps

    Choose your microphone and audio output, then sign in to the app with the same account and method you used to buy your pass.
