Privacy contact and retention periods

The privacy officer is Yeonjun Lee, CEO. Contact contact@junleebuild.com or +82-70-7938-6120. Contract and withdrawal records and payment and supply records are kept for 5 years each, and complaint and dispute records for 3 years. Other information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled.

What we use and why

For Google sign-in, we use your Google identifier, name and email. For email registration, we use your email, name and password hash to identify your account. We do not store the original password. Account, order, payment and pass records are stored by the Azure customer server and Azure Database for PostgreSQL to provide access and process transactions. CasterDesk does not store card details; card entry and payment approval take place on the Toss Payments checkout page.

Your voice and broadcast data

Microphone voice effects, background music and sound pads run on your Mac or Windows PC or Windows PC. The microphone effects currently provided do not send or store audio on our servers. The Spoon connection view shows the latest 200 chat, gift, like and arrival items; they leave the view when the app closes or you disconnect. Broadcast notes and stories you choose to save stay on your Mac or Windows PC until you delete them. This broadcast data is not stored on servers, shared with third parties or used for AI training. The Spoon connection token is kept in the macOS Keychain.

Service providers and international transfers

Google handles sign-in, Toss Payments handles payments, and Vercel serves the website. The Azure customer server and Azure Database for PostgreSQL in Japan (Japan East) manage customer sign-in, orders, payment records and passes. The website sends customer API requests to the Azure customer server. Processing countries for the other providers, including Google and Vercel, and each provider’s retention periods are still being confirmed.

Requesting deletion

To delete your account, email contact@junleebuild.com. You can remove the Spoon connection from the app at any time with “Disconnect Spoon”. Payment records are kept separately for the periods required by law.
