01What CasterDesk provides
CasterDesk is an installed Mac and Windows app for audio live-stream DJs. It provides voice effects (audio filters and noise reduction), background music, sound pads, conversation cards, broadcast notes, quick messages and a gift roulette. Voice effects are real-time audio effects applied to the user’s own live voice. Features may be added or changed through app updates; if a new feature needs separate consent, we will ask before it is used. This website is for product information, plans, payments and account management; the audio features run only in the installed app.
02Your account and pass
Free works without a card. Basic is KRW 4,900 and Pro is KRW 9,800, including tax. Each pass is paid once and lasts for 1 month. It is applied to the CasterDesk account used for purchase and does not renew automatically. Use the same sign-in method you registered with: Google or email. Passes are not shared between products.
03Spoon broadcast link
With a Basic or Pro pass, sign in to your Spoon account in the app to connect a broadcast. While connected, the CasterDesk bot joins the room as a listener and Spoon shows listeners a notice. Your Spoon account is used only for the broadcast link; your pass stays with your CasterDesk account. CasterDesk is not operated by Spoon.
04Uses that are not allowed
Using the app in breach of a streaming platform’s terms, sending messages that impersonate or harass others, bypassing security measures of the service or payment system, and modifying the app to get around plan limits are prohibited.
05Supported environment
The Mac installer is for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. The Windows installer is for x64 PCs running Windows 10 or later. Sound quality, latency, operation on every device and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
